Welcome to the Brentford Community Stadium website!
Brentford FC is planning to move from its existing stadium at Griffin Park to a new purpose built Community Stadium at a site in Lionel Road South, Brentford. The move to a new stadium is aligned with the aspirations of the Club’s new owner, Matthew Benham and the Board, to achieve promotion to the Football League Championship by 2016. The Community Stadium will also enable Brentford FC to survive and succeed by remaining in the community it has served for over 100 years.
The Community Stadium will provide a new home for the award winning charity the Brentford FC Community Sports Trust (BFCCST), which runs the Griffin Park Learning Zone and the Brentford Boating Arch. By bringing the BFCCST and the Club back together in one vibrant and inclusive location, it will enable the charity to expand its work with improved facilities and opportunities to use the stadium for community activities and events. These activities will promote sport participation, health, education, employment and training, social enterprise and social inclusion to even greater effect and to more people.
